About
I'm Julia Senecal, and I am a social worker, educator, ecological justice advocate, coach, athlete, animal lover, and healer. I fiercely believe in the power of connection – connection with ourselves, with others, and with nature – and its profound ability to support our inner development, collective transformation, and the healing of the natural world. Grounded in the belief that our individual well-being is intrinsically interlinked with the well-being of other humans and the more-than-human world, Regenerative Coaching & Consulting takes a holistic and creative approach to supporting individuals and organizations in becoming more aligned with their values and with their vision for a more just, regenerative, and joyful world.

Julia's practice is grounded in
three principles:
Resilience
Life is full of ups and downs, ebbs and flows, grief and joy. In order to feel confident in our ability to navigate the seasons of life, we must foster resilience within ourselves. Resilience looks different for everyone, and as your coach, I will meet you where you are and support you in exploring various ways to boost your resilience so that you can bounce back from adversity, adapt to change, and stay grounded amidst the challenges of life.

Connection
Disconnection from ourselves, our people, and our planet has contributed to so many of our problems; excessive stress that is leading to higher-than-ever rates of chronic disease and mental health challenges, divisiveness, violence, climate chaos, and widespread inequity (to name a few!). As a licensed social worker, I take a relational and strengths-based approach to my coaching practice, building intentional relationships with my clients and athletes that are grounded in respect, collaboration, and playfulness. I love supporting people in reconnecting with their own power!
Mindfulness
Self-awareness is a critical component of any coaching program, as being curious about our own thoughts and beliefs is an important first step towards making lasting changes that support our well-being. As your coach, I will support you in integrating mindfulness into your practice in a way that fits your life, with the goal of boosting your confidence and groundedness as you work towards achieving your wellness goals.
